Lark Cottage is ideally located, with parking, in central Woodbridge which in itself is located centrally within Suffolk. Close to the Heritage Coast (Snape, Aldeburgh, Southwold) and many historical locations, including Sutton Hoo and the unique Bentwaters Cold War Museum. Whether walking, cycling or driving; bird-watching, eating, drinking or visiting - there are a host of things to do in our beautiful county.

Woodbridge:
Lark Cottage is on a road leading down to the river, with a large recreation park with tennis courts and large play area and sandpit. Within a short walk is a great little skate park, and a rare toy boating lake for small children (and big ones).
A very short walk takes you into Woodbridge town centre with its great choice of local shops; patisserie, coffee shops, clothes shops, galleries, bookshops (including a wonderful children's bookshop), wine merchants, Belgian chocolate shop...but they're just our favourites. Come and find yours!

Lark Cottage:
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, toilet and shower room. A good-sized sitting room with wooden floors and a big comfy sofa and armchairs from which to warm yourself by the woodburner in the inglenook fireplace. There is a separate dining room, which seats eight and is a very comfortable place to spend an evening with friends.

The sunroom leads off the sitting room which itself leads onto the patio and garden - a great place to sit and read and watch the clouds go by. The kitchen is fully fitted with a large array of pots and pans, off which is a utility room with fridge/freezer, and washing machine. We also have a water softener.
Straight stairs lead onto a long landing (mind the beams!) with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedded bedroom and spacious bathroom.
The hallway is large and long and characterful.

We would love to discuss your requirements and, if you have any questions about the cottage or the area, please contact us; I've lived here for years and know every nook and cranny!
